Financial & Planning Analysis Senior


Position: Financial Planning & Analysis Senior

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Support in modelling of 5 years businesses’ strategy and continuously update with business changes.
  • Support in providing plan for leverage Working capital resource to maximize the benefit and advantages of available working capital.
  • Conduct variance analysis of actuals to budget and prior year, analyze and review financial and operational performance, communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation, improve cash flow and operations.
  • Conduct financial statement analysis, provide analytical coverage of business results.
  • Conduct market research, market & competitor analysis and make other ad-hoc reports.

2. Management Report:

  • Prepare data and information for the Annual operation plan, Monthly financial review and Quarterly business review.
  • Coordinate with relevant divisions and departments to assess performance of units’ tasks and prepare Operation performance reports.

3. Budget Management:

  • Support in building, controlling and monitoring the implementation of Company’s monthly and annual budget plan, request for revising plan when needed.
  • Perform cost analysis and review expenditure to propose recommendations for cost optimization.

4. Business Development:

  • Coordinate with senior management of business partners to develop strategies, plan and budget of projects.
  • Consult senior management by updating information about work schedule and timeline of projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Investment or its equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Master degree or professional certificates such as CFA, ACCA or CPA is highly
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Business intelligence such as Power BI or SQL is a strong plus.
  • Language: Advanced English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess willingness to learn new things and self-direct work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill and intellectual curiosity.
  • Passion for metrics/figures and ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
